2 tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
1,5 cups fresh cranberries or 1cup dried cranberries*
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1/3 cup all purpose flour

½ cup butter, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine apples, cranberries, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. sugar in a greased 8 x 12” baking dish.
In a bowl combine all the other ingredients and mix with cool hands until crumbly. Spread mixture over apples and bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 380°F/180°C. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt or just a little bit of whipped cream.
