
Apple Cranberry Crumble |

![]() 8 servings 6 apples, peeled, cored, cut into quarters, and chopped into thin slices Juice of ½ lemon 2 tbsp. brown sugar (optional) 1,5 cups fresh cranberries or 1cup dried cranberries* ¾ cup brown sugar, packed ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup oat bran ½ cup butter, cut into small pieces 1 tbsp. cinnamon Combine apples, cranberries, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. sugar in a greased 8 x 12” baking dish. In a bowl combine all the other ingredients and mix with cool hands until crumbly. Spread mixture over apples and bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 380°F/180°C. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt or just a little bit of whipped cream. *You can replace the cranberries with raisins or black berries. ![]() ![]() |
