Breakfast

On request in advance we serve excellent breakfasts – also vegetarian – using organically and locally grown groceries as much as possible and avoiding processed food.
Our bread and fruit preserves are home-made and we only use eggs from free range chickens. Please notify in advance if you have special dietary needs.
We offer a daily breakfast special, such as delicious pancakes with fruit salad, eggs on toast served with a light white wine béchamel sauce, or a hot sandwich with scrambled eggs, onions, mushrooms, tomato and ham, or Mexican style with fried beans, tomatoes, onions and cheese wrapped in a tortilla and topped with a fried egg, and more. People with a smaller appetite can choose from the menu. We also serve kids breakfasts.
